Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply. We are looking for a curious, solutions-oriented Automation Support Analyst to join the Data and Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving production issues, working with modern automation and AI platforms, and supporting solutions that are critical to helping business teams operate efficiently and reliably. You will help ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of enterprise automations and AI-enabled workflows across platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies You will be responsible for: Monitoring and supporting the stability, reliability, and availability of production automations, AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agentic solutions across UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies. Managing and supporting UiPath Orchestrator environments, queues, assets, schedules, robots, triggers, monitoring, and exception handling Performing incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for automation and AI-enabled workflow issues, while helping reduce recurring incidents over time. Supporting production changes, deployments, upgrades, release validations, and post-release monitoring to ensure automation and workflow solutions continue to operate as expected. Supporting Human-in-the-Loop processes, Action Center workflows, and exception management. Assisting with AI model deployments, prompt management, and knowledge source connectivity. Managing credentials, access requests, service accounts, and security-related support activities. Partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Database, Application Support teams and business teams to resolve issues and maintain service reliability Maintaining runbooks, support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. Required Skills: 3+ years supporting or developing enterprise automations, workflows, or AI-powered solutions. Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator administration including queues, assets, triggers, schedules, robots, and monitoring. Experience troubleshooting production automation issues. Working knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding, Action Center, Apps, Integration Service, and AI Center. Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, Windows Server, VMs, APIs, and cloud services. Experience working with ServiceNow or similar incident management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience UiPath Professional or Advanced Developer Certification Certifications in Microsoft AI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or related technologies. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
