Management Competencies - Ability to suggest actions in the best in the best interest of all stake holders. - Ability to influence, be persuasive and positive. - Grade 12 or equivalent required. Some college coursework desired. - OEM Warranty Certification (Desirable) - Appropriate certification indicating computer literacy in MS Office suite. - 1 - 3 years experience in Automotive Warranty Claims - Previous ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
