Responsibilities
- As Customer Service Export Lead, you will combine operational responsibility with leadership. You will ensure that export processes run smoothly while continuously improving performance and ways of working.
- Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability, collaboration and development
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation and deliveries to global customers and internal stakeholders
- Act as the key link between customer service, production, planning and logistics partners
- Monitor performance (e.g. OTIF, delivery reliability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or contribute to optimization projects (Lean, process improvements, digital tools)
- Remain hands-on by managing a number of countries operationally

- Strong command of English is essential (native or near-native level); Dutch is strongly preferred
