Statement of Purpose You will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the marketing of the Hospital to international insurance companies, medical assistance companies and medical travel facilitators. You shall develop the marketing strategies and plans to grow the business of the Hospital from the identified accounts. You shall be responsible to identify and establish networks and channels that will help grow the market share of the Hospital. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead and manage the Global Corporate Accounts team in the marketing of the Hospital to international insurance companies and medical assistance companies. - Develop and implement marketing strategies plans and programmes to promote the business and utilisation of services offered by the Hospital - Conduct research on markets, competitors and competitive trends to identify business opportunities to grow the business - Lead and develop the team in building and maintaining effective relationship with the accounts and developing their capacity to optimise utilisation in the Hospital - Establish, develop and implement service support services (such as marketing, targeted activities with clients) for accounts that help them promote and increase utilisation in the Hospital - Market the hospital's services through relationship management, hospital familiarisation trips and close customer support - Establish and maintain an effective system for receipt and response to customer feedback - Establish, implement and review policies, procedures and protocols to ensure smooth and effective execution and performance of all concierge and marketing programmes - Recruit, retain and develop talent, skills and key competencies to provide and support the department's programmes and initiatives - Plan and manage budgets and resources to achieve efficiency and department goals
