- Skilled in preparing food at high speed without compromising quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, marination techniques, gravies, and traditional cooking methods
- Ability to create menus, develop recipes, and introduce new dishes
- Multi-skilled and adaptable in handling different sections of the kitchen
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
