About the role

As Visual Quality Assurance, you'll play a crucial part in upholding our visual standards, ensuring every design deliverable meets brand guidelines and technical excellence before release. Responsibilities

  • Review and QA designs, animations, and edits for pixel perfect execution, consistency, copy accuracy, and adherence to strict branding and platform specifications.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to creative teams, acting as the final checkpoint before public release.
  • Test user interactions, verifying pixel-perfect execution and seamless functionality across all devices
  • Use Jira, Confluence and other project management tools to document, track, and report bugs or visual inconsistencies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously refine and integrate QA processes within the wider production workflow, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate, insightful QA documentation (including spreadsheets and visual reports) to track trends and guide improvements.
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to ensure the highest creative standards are met in a fast-paced environment
  • About You
  • The essentials:
  • +2 years of hands-on Visual QA experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
  • Strong eye for design, composition, pace and detail, with working proficiency in Photoshop or comparable design tools.
  • Understanding of video and sound specifications, with basic working proficiency in Premiere or comparable video editing software.
  • Experience and a strong understanding of mechanical files from print, in store and OOH asset requirements.
  • Good understanding of digital media specs and cross-device requirements
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills-able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Clear communicator, adept at providing thorough and actionable feedback to creative and production teams.
  • Conversant with QA and production tracking tools, particularly Jira and Excel.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a natural drive for continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Not a Must but a Plus:
  • Knowledge and interest in learning about generative agentic AI, automation processes and tech.
