Technical Support Technician

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent. Diploma/Bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in electronic devices production assembling environment
• High degree of technical competence and creativity and high level of discipline and integrity
• Good team player and able to work with people from different cultures
• Able to perform shift works and overtime (if necessary)

Job Description Support on daily failure analysis on production rejects Setup, operate production machines and equipment according to instructions and processes Hands-on troubleshooting of production machine on mechanical and electrical problems Conduct first level troubleshooting of equipment performance and functionality issues Update machine downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration and test procedure on machines & fixtures. Update equipment downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting Supervise process supervision and conduct verification test and measurements Support on ESD measurements Support on spare part management Conduct periodic measurements of product cycle time Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor. Actively initiate/participate in workplace safety, 5S and environmentally friendly activities and continuous improvement process. Support productivity improvement through periodic reviewing performance of product cycle time, machine and production yield performance.
