This role is part of a multidisciplinary and integrated health and social care service, where the Occupational Therapist will support residents in Southwark to recover, achieve their goals, and maximise their independence. Ideally, candidates will have experience working in a Reablement service. This is a full-time position, covering for a permanent staff member during their secondment, and is primarily office-based.
