About the role
You'll own end-to-end implementation of Red Oak's Compliance Connectivity Platform - including Compliance, Distribution, and Supervision products - for enterprise asset managers operating in complex regulatory environments. You'll run the project, translate business requirements into system setup, lead training, and manage the relationship from kickoff through handoff to Client Success. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Client Success, Support, and Solution Engineering; you know when to escalate and when to resolve. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that reduce time-to-value across the implementation practice.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing enterprise implementations, onboarding projects, or client-facing SaaS deployments - you've owned timelines, managed stakeholders, and delivered go-lives under pressure.
- Background in SaaS serving enterprise clients or financial services - compliance, regtech, or fintech experience is a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills: you document, you communicate proactively, you escalate the right things at the right time.
- Excel proficiency and comfort with technical configuration - you can translate between a client's business workflow and a system setup, and you're not afraid to get hands-on.
- AI fluency in your day-to-day: Claude or ChatGPT for drafting and analysis, Gong or similar for meeting intelligence. You use these tools now, not aspirationally.
- Clear, professional communicator - written and verbal - with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders at every level.
- Ownership mindset: you treat client outcomes as your outcomes, and you don't need hand-holding to figure out what needs doing.
- Plus: experience with asset managers, hedge funds, or registered investment advisers; familiarity with PE-backed growth-stage environments.
