About the role

Duties and Responsibilities * Drive the Adhesives sub-category strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Procurement, R&D, Operations, PM, and Plant Management. * Lead supplier negotiations, manage sourcing events, and oversee supplier performance and governance activities. * Build and expand a robust supplier network, eliminate single-sourcing risks, and support material and supplier standardization across all plants. * Manage and continuously improve the material qualification pipeline, resolving technical roadblocks, mitigating supply risks, and incorporating sustainability and innovation priorities. * Identify and realize savings opportunities, support post-integration activities, and ensure the effective deployment of CFLEX Procurement standards in all relevant sites. Your Profile * Master's degree in Procurement or Chemical/Materials Engineering. * Min. 5 years of relevant experience in similar position, ideally in flexible packaging. * Strong leadership, resilience, and a collaborative mindset with a high sense of ownership. * Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships in a matrix environment.Passionate about innovation and packaging trends; * Fluent in English and open to occasional travel (10-20%).
