Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms Provide accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally Liaise with internal departments to support enquiry resolution and service requests Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain proper records Follow SOPs, operational procedures, and escalation protocols (including emergency or priority cases) Handle emergency activation and follow established emergency communication protocols Participate in training, assessments, and audits as required Maintain service quality standards in line with organisational requirements Details 5-day work week (including 1 weekend) Shift-based roster AM: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM ; MID: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM Basic Salary: $2,100 + $400 monthly allowance Annual performance bonus Work Location: Woodlands South (may be deployed to MacPherson if required) Employment Type: Full-time contract (yearly renewable)
