RN, Clinical Supervisor - Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Work an hourly position at 0.75 FTE.
• Primarily work 12-hour shifts, 8 hours of administrative time per pay period.
• Supervisors will be hired for either day shifts or night shifts.
• Rotate every third weekend and holiday.
• Serve as Charge RN during scheduled shifts and ensure smooth daily operation of the unit
• Serve in a day-to-day leadership role, supporting staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time.
• Support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide follow-up on quality and safety events.
• Lead approximately 10-15 RN direct reports and manage performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
