Job Description Facilitate seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support. Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners. Manage both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration. Support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours as and when required. Other duties as assigned. Qualification Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes. A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency. Prior experience in training, administration, or course coordination is preferred. Able to work on a rotating shift basis, which includes evening shifts and Saturdays.
