Responsibilities

  • Provide case management and relationship-focused support , using empathy and connection as tools for change.
  • Conduct family assessments, home visits, and multi-agency care planning (SPS, MSF, FSCs, SSAs, schools,etc).
  • Facilitate restorative and resilience-based groupwork that rebuilds family bonds and belonging.
  • Advocate for child and family wellbeing through collaboration across systems .
  • Engage in reflective supervision and programme evaluation that deepen learning and practice.
  • Be flexible to work occasional weekends and after office hours to support families and agency events.
  • You'll Thrive If You...
  • Hold a Degree in Social Work (eligible for registration with the Social Work Accreditation Board, Singapore).
  • Bring 2-4 years' experience in multicultural family work with a passion in resilience and relational building. Experience in family systems, justice related and child advocacy an added advantage.
  • Practise with cultural sensitivity, a systemic, trauma-aware, and restorative lens that values voice, choice, and accountability.
  • Embody love, compassion, and relational depth as the foundation of your practice.
  • Are flexible and adaptable , and able to work occasional weekends and after office hours to support families and agency events .
