Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination and dispatching.
- Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, and material and manufacturing performance reporting.

- Generation of production plans based on capacity, materials and manpower
- Ensuring on time production compliance by proper co-ordination and control
- Ensuring on time delivery performance & customer satisfaction
- Generation & execution of material MRP in SAP
- Inventory analysis & control
- Demand / Forecast management in SAP for Die & RM suppliers
- Material call-off & follow-up with suppliers
- Provide inputs to the management, schedulers and / or interface with various departments for effective scheduling (warehouse, purchase, production, quality & engineering)
- Actively participate in company's safety Program
- What will you bring along:
- 10+ Yrs of relevant experience in production planning in manufacturing domain.
- Plans the material, machine, and personnel or transportation and warehousing resources needed, for local plant or site operations.
- Sets up comprehensive plans, related to production or transportation and delivery, in cooperation with local Operations or Logistics.
- Initiate procurement orders, and release production or transportation orders according to the plans agreed.
- Monitors efficiency of processes and derive short-term measures when necessary.
- Cooperates with Maintenance, Engineering or Production Management to identify deficiencies or improvement potential.
- Should have SAP ERP tool experience in depth for business usage.
- New Product transition activities including PCN tracking.
- Sample Management.
- Support Vishay SAP improvement and update projects
