Responsibilities

  • Property Maintenance & Repairs
  • Perform general interior and exterior maintenance tasks
  • Complete basic repairs including painting, drywall patching, and minor carpentry work

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance, facilities, porter, or property upkeep experience preferred
  • Experience in condominium, HOA, apartment, hotel, or multifamily properties is a plus
  • Skills & Abilities
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
  • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Other Requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned schedule consistently
