Position: Managing Director Job Description Lead the overall business operations and strategic direction of OPPEIN Singapore, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's market presence in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Oversee sales, marketing, project management, operations, finance, and customer service to achieve business objectives. Work closely with the headquarters to align regional business strategies, product development, pricing, and operational policies. Establish annual business plans, budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators while monitoring overall business performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, interior designers, contractors, architects, business partners, and key corporate clients. Lead negotiations for major commercial projects and strategic partnerships. Ensure efficient management of the supply chain, logistics, installation, and after-sales services to deliver high customer satisfaction. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and business risk assessment to ensure the company's financial health. Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, corporate governance requirements, workplace safety regulations, and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the management team while fostering a high-performance and customer-focused organizational culture. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and product innovations to strengthen the company's competitive advantage. Job Requirements Minimum 15-20 years of senior management experience , including at least 10 years in executive leadership within the home furnishing, furniture manufacturing, interior solutions, building materials, or related industry. Demonstrated experience leading a company or regional business with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility . Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning. Proven track record in developing and executing regional business strategies across multiple markets in Asia Pacific. Proven experience managing operations, sales, and business development within the furniture, home furnishing, interior design, building materials, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, or related industries. Experience managing cross-functional teams including sales, operations, supply chain, finance, project management, and customer service. Strong experience in building distribution networks, dealer management, and strategic partnerships. Experience working with an international headquarters and managing regional reporting, budgeting, and corporate governance. Proven ability to lead organizational transformation, business expansion, and operational excellence. Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth. Familiarity with the Singapore market and Asia Pacific business environment is preferred. Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communication with regional headquarters and business partners.
