Operating in over 20 countries, we support some of the world's biggest names in finance, insurance, and consumer services. As part of our continued growth, we're hiring a Senior Executive - Marketing & Online Media to support our digital campaign operations and help scale performance across Asia Pacific. What You'll Be Working On Digital Media Campaigns: Plan and execute digital media campaigns across channels such as programmatic, display, mobile, social and affiliate marketing to generate leads. Campaign Optimisation: Manage campaigns to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Campaign Reporting: Track marketing metrics, analyse and report on campaign performance. Testing and experimentation: Conduct A/Btesting and experiments to identify learnings and insights to drive better campaign performance. Partner Management - Collaborate with external partners and oversee the execution and optimisation of campaigns. Your Skills and Qualities Have 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, media buying or online advertising. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position. Good understanding of digital media channels such as Display, Social, Programmatic or Affiliate Marketing. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Taboola or equivalent platforms. Data-driven and analytical, with hands-on experience running digital media campaigns in APAC markets is a big plus. Good communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of English. Knowledge of a second APAC language is a big plus.
