Responsibilities

  • Service Planning & Coordination
  • Review and validate information for work order creation (Maintenance Customer Orders - MCOs)
  • Open and structure work orders in alignment with approved scope, budget, and timelines

  • Ensure all documentation is complete and meets quality standards

  • Provide timely updates to internal teams on job status and progress
  • Support planners and supervisors with administrative coverage as needed
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to workflow coordination

  • Experience & Education
  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
  • (experience in service, construction, oil & gas, dealership, or similar industries is an asset)
