Responsibilities
- The Compliance Manager will support and execute the following:

- Stay informed about relevant compliance updates and best practices within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
- Support special projects and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the compliance program.
- Education and Experience
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Compliance within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry.
- Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of compliance best practices within healthcare or life sciences.
- Solid business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AdvaMed/PhRMA Codes, HIPAA, OIG Compliance Program Guidance, and relevant healthcare regulations such as the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP) is a plus.

- For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,300.00 - $165,500.00
- This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
