You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter and market research to find and engage passive candidates who don't just land in our inbox. Be a Consultant: You'll advise managers on market reality, salary benchmarks, and how to stay competitive. Standard Setting: You'll have a hand in shaping our workflows, interview guides, and how we tell the AGRANA story to the world. Candidate Experience: You'll ensure every person we talk to-whether they get the job or not-has a professional and respectful experience with our brand.
