What success looks like: You'll ship fast, learn quickly, and see your work used by millions of students around the world. You'll contribute to both product direction and engineering quality - bringing clarity to trade-offs, opinions to discussions, and impact to metrics. Over time, you'll become a key voice in the product-engineering loop, known for turning ideas into shipped, loved, and measurable outcomes for millions of students.
