Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the production team to achieve quality, efficiency, and safety goals
• Review daily production schedules and allocate resources to meet targets and maintain workflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth production flow
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards
• Support hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of production personnel
• Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback
• Partner with manufacturing engineering to develop and improve production processes
• Work closely with quality assurance to address and resolve product quality issues
• Track and report daily production metrics and performance against goals
• Document and communicate issues affecting quality or production schedules
• Complete requisitions for tools, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Ensure Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) are implemented accurately in collaboration with engineering teams
• Use data and analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Qualifications and Skills
• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience training production personnel
• Preferred:
• Associate's degree or higher
• Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards
• Working Conditions
• This role is primarily based on the production floor, where noise levels may vary. Candidates must be able to wear steel-toe footwear and stand or walk for extended periods.

This position operates on a Monday-Thursday shift from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with Friday hours scheduled as needed based on production and overtime demands.
