This pivotal role is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, a positive work environment, and the delivery of the highest quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and friendly leader who inspires their team, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The Practice Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of their assigned clinic, acting as an Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This includes directing and leading the team, identifying and resolving operational challenges, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring follow-up. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with the clinical team and management and other stakeholders to guarantee adequate and competent staffing for optimal patient care. This role also involves recommending and assisting in the establishment or revision of policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm and occasional Saturday's (may vary based on business needs).
