Practice Manager - San Antonio

Requirements

• RN or LPN clinical license required.
• BLS Certification is requiredAssociate degree or higher in a health-related field (Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in the supervision of staff is helpful (5+ years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting preferred).
• An understanding of mental healthcareAn understanding of insurance verification
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records required. Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial records.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Ability to follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Proven track record of managing a successful medical practice, improving efficiency and productivity, and providing excellent customer service.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and creativity in problem-solving.
• Current CPR required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.

Beckley Clinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to provide expertise and champion exceptional patient care across our clinic operations. This pivotal role is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, a positive work environment, and the delivery of the highest quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and friendly leader who inspires their team, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The Practice Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of their assigned clinic, acting as an Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This includes directing and leading the team, identifying and resolving operational challenges, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring follow-up. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with the clinical team and management and other stakeholders to guarantee adequate and competent staffing for optimal patient care. This role also involves recommending and assisting in the establishment or revision of policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm and occasional Saturday's (may vary based on business needs).
