Role Overview We are looking for a motivated individual to join Lighthouse Canton's Asset Management team as an Analyst. This is a broad, generalist role designed to provide early exposure to two complementary pillars of how a modern asset management business is run: business strategy and business finance. The Analyst will work directly with the Business Manager and, where relevant, the CEO of Asset Management, supporting a range of initiatives spanning market research, financial analysis, performance tracking, and project execution. The role is well-suited to someone who is eager to learn, comfortable with numbers and structured thinking, and keen to build a career at the intersection of investments, operations, and business building. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in market research, competitiveanalysis, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making Support the evaluation of new businesslines, product launches, and other strategic growth initiatives Assist in preparation of presentations, briefing notes, maintaining and updating internal financial dashboards, business performance trackers, analytical outputs and management reports for senior leadership discussions Coordinate with internal teams(investments, operations, finance, compliance, technology) to assist in the execution of cross-functional projects Support the Business Manager and CEO on strategic planning activities, governance processes, and ad hoc special projects Research and summarise developments in the asset management industry, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment Assist in developing and tracking KPIsacross asset management business lines and initiatives Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Work with technology teams to understand and optimize systems, tools, and workflows supporting the asset management business
