Scope: The Platform Administration team partners with engineering and business groups to ensure a secure, highly available, and cost-efficient enterprise Snowflake environment across Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Prod environments. This role operates within a 24x7 rotational shift model (Day, Afternoon, Night), serving as the primary L3 escalation contact and ensuring zero information gaps across global follow-the-sun coverage. The position focuses heavily on executing automated platform operations-managing disaster recovery failovers, optimizing platform FinOps, enforcing automated identity lifecycles (SCIM), and guiding L1/L2 platform support engineers. Technical Environment : Snowflake Platform Administration: Multi-Cluster Warehouses, Resource Monitors, Storage & Compute Optimization, Time Travel, Fail-safe, Zero-Copy Cloning, Organization & Account Management, Replication Groups.
