Job Description Oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of management book adjustments. Prepare detailed financial reports , presentations, and commentaries for various stakeholders, including Group Finance and local management. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Monitor revenue, expenses, balanced scorecards, and key financial ratios at the Bank, Segment, and Product levels. Implement performance measurement frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor business performance effectively. Prepare and drive the segment financial budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall Group objectives. Evaluate Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) results, product performance, and customer profitability using multiple benchmarking methodologies. Collaborate with business units to understand their financial requirements, provide financial guidance, and support business case development. Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance performance management function to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking products, with particular expertise in Global Markets products Proven ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data, identify key drivers, and present clear, concise insights to senior management.
