  • Ability to support and motivate staff teams.
  • Desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience within forensic mental health services.

Job Title: Team Leader Reports To: Area Manager / Assistant Area Manager Location: 602A Supported Living Service Service Type: Forensic and Complex Mental Health Supported Living (Male Adults) Purpose of the Role To support the day-to-day running of a forensic and complex mental health supported living service for adult males, ensuring high standards of support, staff practice, safeguarding, and service delivery are maintained. The Team Leader will provide guidance and support to frontline staff, promote a safe and recovery-focused environment, and work closely with management to ensure the service operates effectively and in line with CQC standards and organisational policies.
