About the role

Overview of the Job: Work closely with Nike Running and Training Merch team to drive product excellence & curate consumer-right assortment for GC Marketplace (Store & Digital). Key responsibility covers system maintains, sample management, data analysis, content support on seasonal meetings. Job Responsibility: Future line plan: Build Merchandising fundamental - Ensure on time, consistent, accurate delivery of Merchandising Information YOY product comparison tool Sample order & check System maintain (MMX/MPM) Seasonal meeting support (CMP/SSR/PSP/SPA) In Season Management: Chase business performance, and quickly translate to right consumer insights Weekly ST report data preparation Consumer feedback collection on product & new trend (X team cooperation) Have a good sense on consumer insights/market trend and proactively explore new business opportunities. Functional Skill Required Bachelor's degree or above Good communication and good English/Mandarin Excellent at Excel Merchandising, buying, or integrated retail experience Sport lover with passion (Run/Train will be a plus) Soft Skill Required Problem solving, Be open minded and curious, Demonstrate Brand Passion.
