Robert Boch Angola is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead strategic sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and develop high-performance teams. Duties and tasks will include but will not be limited to the following: Strategy & Growth : Define and implement sales strategies, including new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with top management at key accounts (CEO/President level). Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and empower sales teams (direct/indirect) while fostering a high-performance culture. KPI Management : Track, report, and deliver on KPIs, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Commercial & Technical Sales : Negotiate, agree, and confirm annual customer agreements and contracts. Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management Key Account Management Channel & Distributor Development Sales Team Leadership Business Development Commercial Operations & Reporting Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Cross-Functional Collaboration Localization & Capability Development
