About the role

The TikTok Customer Service Platform (CSP) is primarily responsible for providing efficient support services to TikTok users, collecting and analyzing user feedback, and assisting TikTok in continuously optimizing its products and services to enhance user experience and satisfaction. 1. It provides valuable data and insights to assist decision-makers in formulating better product and service strategies. 4. Responsibilities

• Responsible for front-end development of the TikTok customer service platform, including but not limited to page interactions, data visualization, and customer service systems.
• Understand business requirements, capable of tackling technical challenges, and possess certain technical planning and architectural design capabilities;
• Explore and optimize the development models and process standards of the team to help improve development efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in computer science, proficient in at least one front-end framework (React/Vue), with an understanding of the design philosophy behind the framework;
• Familiarity with Node.js, knowledge of frameworks such as Express/Koa, and prior experience in server-side application development is preferred;
• Understand front-end engineering concepts, capable of designing robust system modules and components, with a strong sense of code structure and standardization.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of actively working with product and design teams to better understand and meet user requirements;
• Possess sharp problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of quickly identifying and addressing front-end issues to ensure product stability and reliability.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with 3+ years of experience.
