Senior / Property Executive (Shaw Tower)

About the role

Together with the team, the Property Executive will play a vital role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial building, Shaw Tower . Manage tenant engagement, onboarding and requests handling. Coordinate daily operations with hard and soft services vendors, schedule rectification works and ensure adherence to building operational standards. Tracks budget utilisation and ensure timely processing of procurement activities. Maintains operational dashboards and vendors SLA performance reports. Administer term contracts, including tracking expiries and ensure timely renewals. Administer all building licenses, permits and certificates and ensure timely renewals. About you: This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the new project. Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in relevant industry IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications Knowledge on ACMV/ FSSD code and Green Mark will be an advantage Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders from all levels Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative Excellent communication and written skills Willingness to work beyond office hours; Benefits of working at Lendlease: Permanent position 20 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave Medical, Dental and Inpatient coverage for self and dependant.
