WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You'll join the Underfoot Systems Innovation team, a group driving the future of performance cushioning. This team partners closely with Air Manufacturing Innovation teams, footwear innovation, and inline development to turn breakthrough ideas into scalable products. You'll collaborate with designers, engineers, and developers to deliver systems that perform at the highest level. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role calls for an engineer who builds at the intersection of creativity and precision. This person is a problem solver who moves seamlessly from concept to execution, shaping new cushioning systems that elevate performance and unlock new possibilities. They bring strong technical depth in parametric modeling and a hands-on approach to prototyping, paired with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. They thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to push the boundaries of innovation through thoughtful design, engineering rigor, and collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 2-5 years of directly relevant experience Advanced proficiency in parametric CAD tools (NX and Rhino preferred); computational design experience (Grasshopper) is a plus Experience designing plastic or foam components and tooling, supported by a strong portfolio of engineering work Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
