Customer Services Executive (full/Part-Time)

Requirements

• IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years in either sales, hospitality, concierge or customer services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer care
• Background or strong interest in music, arts, or education
• Professional, polished demeanor and ability to engage comfortably with customers and VIPs.
• Experience with CRM or office software
• 2X Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available; Immediate availability
• First-class spoken English and Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Customer-focused and organized
• Choice of work locations in CBD, CENTRAL, WEST or EAST
• Only locals or PR may apply
• Full-Time 5.5 days/week
• Part-Time ~20hrs/week ($15-$18/hr)
• Optional Rotational Work Shift
• Alternate weekday/weekend off
