My clients are well established Architectural Consultant firm in town area. Responsibilities for Project Architect : Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation. Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications Assist in tender process Contract and construction management TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project What you will need as Project Architect : Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
