- This is you
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in international business development or senior sales.
- You have experience within automotive lubricants and the automotive aftermarket. You know the lubricants distribution landscape in the CEE region
- You have a proven track record of developing new business and delivering commercial growth
- You understand the Automotive, On- and Off-Highway and Agricultural markets within the CEE region.
- You are an excellent negotiator and relationship builder.
- You combine commercial instinct with strong analytical skills.
- You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- You are willing to travel regularly across the region.
- You are fluent in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language.
