Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all client communications (internal and external) for assigned accounts, ensuring timely updates and effective issue resolution
  • Develop a strong understanding of business objectives, processes, and products to support detailed analysis and resolution of client requests
  • Gather and analyze client requirements , define project scope, and propose solution approaches
  • Prepare documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
  • Establish timelines and ensure alignment with delivery expectations
  • Act as a bridge between clients, development, QA, and other internal teams
  • Provide clear functional guidance to technical teams
  • Ensure requirements are accurately translated into deliverables
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle , including requirement gathering, development support, testing coordination, and deployment
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously , ensuring prioritization and timely execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across different workstreams
  • Support clients with pre- and post-launch activities , including readiness checks, issue resolution, and optimization
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
