Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter

About the role

Job Description: Must be able to draw autocad shop drawings Prepare and analyze cost comparison Analyze project specifications, quantify materials and resources required, and prepare detailed cost estimates. Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine material quantities and costs Develop budgets, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments Prepare tendering works for submission Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Mitigate risks and resolve disputes during the project. All other QS related job Job Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent 2 years as autocad drafter is an advantage Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines Having a good communication and negotiation skills with attention to details character Having a good project management abilities
