Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database
• Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals

Requirements

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity
• Phone Sales & Appointment Setting - High-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, converting leads to appointments
• Customer Service - Active listening, problem-solving, empathy, and professionalism
• Sales Process Knowledge - Understanding of automotive sales workflows
• Lead Management - Handling internet leads, walk-ins, and referrals efficiently
• Communication Skills - Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication
• Time Management & Organization - Prioritizing leads, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Data Entry & Record-Keeping - Accuracy in tracking customer interactions
• Product Knowledge - Understanding of the dealership's vehicles, offers, and financing options
• Team Collaboration - Working closely with sales, finance, and service departments
