The mission is to provide continuous, high quality IT services across all areas of the location including, but not limited to: Administration, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Labs, Warehouses, Logistics and Security on a 24x7 basis. As IT Operation and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the Continental IT Services Management, IT Infrastructure, Distribution systems, Data Center, Server, Storage, Voice system, Backups system, Network and Cybersecurity for the plant in accordance to Continental Tire standards. Provide technical leadership in the management and administration of IT Infrastructure in the plant. Plans, manages, and executes project and project tasks assigned. Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost center(s) Prepares and manages IT capital spending plan in support of global systems implementations and local plant processing requirements. Ensures IT assets are maintained according to Continental AG IT policies and procedures Collects, maintains and publishes key IT service measurement statistics and KPI as and when required Practise ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Problem Management and Demand Management. Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions. Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets are maintained in accordance to Continental standards. Maintains IT policies and procedures in accordance to Continental AG IT policies and procedures. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology/ Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in Windows technologies security concepts and applications, Data Center, MCSE Certification, Microsoft Technology, PC/Laptop and Mobile Solution Technology, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Network Certification or Equivalent, ITSM or ITIL Certification. Minimum 3 years of Leadership experience. Has conducted or involved in IT Infrastructure projects. Has experience in project management. Has experience in working in a multi-national manufacturing company. Fluent level of English.
