Handle ad-hoc administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements - Prior experience as a personal assistant, adminexecutive, or in financial services support. - Familiarity with insurance/investment termsand documentation. - Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) tohelp draft summaries or speed up admin work.
