Responsibilities
- Qualify, negotiate, and close inbound opportunities originating from digital marketing campaigns and direct inquiries.
- Prioritize and manage a massive portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing relentlessly on the highest-value opportunities.
- Execute high-volume outbound sequences utilizing Hubspot , Amplemarket , WhatsApp, and cold calling to activate new prospects and re-engage dormant leads.
- Articulate Clara's value proposition with clarity and empathy, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial interest to deal closure.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene for effective lead management, utilizing reports, sequences, and templates to optimize outreach.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and ensure a frictionless customer journey.
Requirements
- We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
- 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate handling high-volume pipelines, ideally within the fintech industry.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, specifically Hubspot , for lead management, sequencing, and campaign automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with absolute confidence in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, WhatsApp).
- Proven role-specific execution in structuring, managing, and prioritizing a large pipeline of accounts.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to evaluate conversion metrics and sales performance.
