Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for payment products across merchant, enterprise, banking, government, and partner segments.
- Partner with Product Management teams from early product development through launch to ensure strong market fit and successful adoption.
- Build multi‑segment GTM plays aligned to growth goals Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and rollout plans

- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, customer needs, and regulatory changes within the payments ecosystem.
- Support strategic customer engagements and industry presentations to articulate product value and market positioning.
- Establish launch success metrics and track adoption, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market penetration.
- Translate customer and market insights into recommendations for future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Commercialization, or Product Management roles.
- Strong experience within payments, fintech, card schemes, merchant acquiring, digital payments, banking technology, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including acquiring, issuing, wallets, cross-border payments, real-time payments, embedded finance, and value-added services.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches and driving market adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in pricing, product performance, and growth strategy.
