- Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement environments
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and waste reduction techniques
- Experience with data analysis, Pareto charts, and process performance evaluation
- Ability to support or lead Kaizen / continuous improvement workshops
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work within structured project frameworks
- Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience .
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives (energy, CO₂, waste reduction)
- Familiarity with heat transfer systems or industrial process optimisation
- Experience working within structured improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, eLBI
