We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to build the engine from 0 to1. You will own the end-to-end growth engine across paid, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. Your goal is simple: make this launch the new standard for the industry. The Role: What You'll Do Build the Growth Engine: You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, owning acquisition across paid, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. From zero to launch, you'll design the full-funnel growth engine and drive measurable outcomes. Own Strategic Partners & Clients: You will manage and grow relationships with key business partners and clients, translating their objectives into high-impact campaigns, ensuring strong alignment, and driving commercial outcomes on both sides. Own the Influencer Ecosystem: Build and scale a network of high-performing finfluencers. Defining the model, onboarding partners, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to brand and regulatory standards. Drive Market Activation: Bring the brand to life through events, community, and educational touchpoints. Creating meaningful engagement that converts into qualified users.
