We are looking for a CDL Licensed Fleet Operations Trainer who thrives in fast-paced and adaptive environments, and has the passion to deep dive into all aspects of operations to build and refine the world's best autonomy training program. This role is based in Lancaster, TX and will have some limited travel required. In this role, you will: Implement and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing safety. Assess training needs, develop materials, and coordinate sessions. Identify future training needs and coordinate with Training Manager for program improvement Partner with subject matter experts to develop department focused new and ongoing training. Maintain training records and foster a culture of continuous learning. Proficiency in all operational roles, responsible for also conducting training.
