The Brand Customer Manager is part of a diverse and very dynamic marketing team. Activities can include guiding the cross-functional team, working with agile principles, development of insights & data driven strategies, creation and leading of operational plans and activities. Main Activities: Develop the Brand Plan in collaboration with the cross functional Team and closely follow up its execution throughout the year Work with the cross-functional pre-launch team to develop patient pathways and customer stakeholder mapping Demonstrate strong Customer Engagement capabilities & proactive mindset Be responsible for planning & management of the indication promotional budget, in close collaboration with the cross-functional team to ensure delivery against targets Produce customer journey and engagement plans with personalization of messaging to drive behavioral change focusing on key customer Personas Build multi-channel & omnichannel campaigns leveraging our digital capabilities Work with the local X-functional team to ensure success on all "must win" opportunity spaces Build network & productive relationships with all global/regional/local internal stakeholders Lead and project manage the development-approval-production of high quality, promotional and non-promotional materials that support the brand strategy and communication Build therapeutic & product knowledge and effectively share with the Team and Field Force Ensure that all relevant company policies, business practices and compliance guidelines are being followed, ensuring high compliance and ethics standards Key Capabilities for the role include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Master's degree will be considered an asset Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Management and Strategy role Deep knowledge of the Greek pharma Oncology market will be considered a plus Ability to create and analyse insights to better understand the value we can deliver through innovative initiatives, leveraging all available data and advanced digital capabilities Ability to understand and apply new strategic planning frameworks to effectively build, monitor and deliver strategic and operational plans Innovative & growth mindset, utilizing a test and learning approach to develop and refine strategic imperatives, tactics, measurable deliverables and return on investment Ability to leverage the diversity of colleagues and teams, while fostering an inclusive environment, to deliver on our business aspirations Experience in Omnichannel Capabilities & Campaigns will be considered an asset Solid communication & presentation skills, with a strong drive for personal development Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English
