Job Responsibilities The Licensing Coordinator supports the end‑to‑end licensing process for the company's employees, vendors, and key business partners. This role ensures that all licensing activities adhere to applicable gaming regulations and internal compliance standards. The Licensing Coordinator works closely with regulators, internal stakeholders, and external partners to maintain accurate records, monitor renewal timelines, and support audits or regulatory inquiries. License Level : This is a gaming level position and requires a gaming license. This position is responsible for administrative tasks related to the Compliance Department and preparing reports. This position does not have the ability to make discretionary decisions or long-range policy determinations regarding gaming facility operations Essential Duties/Core Competencies Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of employee and vendor licensing applications with relevant gaming regulatory agencies. Maintain up‑to‑date licensing records, databases, and tracking systems to ensure timely renewals and compliance with statutory deadlines. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, responding to information requests and facilitating communication. Assist employees and vendors throughout the licensing process by providing guidance, documentation support, and status updates. Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure licensing files and documentation meet regulatory and audit standards. Support the Director of Licensing in preparing reports, summaries, and updates for senior leadership. Monitor changes to licensing regulations and communicate relevant updates to impacted departments. Coordinate fingerprinting, background check processes, and other mandatory requirements. Assist with departmental projects, audits, and compliance initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as required Work/Educational Experience Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. Prior experience in a regulated gaming industry or compliance function strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and databases. Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels, regulators, and external partners. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests. Fluency in English required. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability: Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
