Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and cash collection processes.
• Identify and resolve issues related to cash collection and customer payments.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve collection processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
• Certifications Requirements:
• Certification in Credit and Collections (CCC) preferred.
• Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Work Experience Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in cash collection or accounts receivable.
