The role ensures that consistent responses and artifacts are provided for all audits and Business Recovery Exercises. This position requires a shift schedule. The work hours for this position are 3:00pm - 11:00pm MST. Essential Functions Oversee and manage the Change Management function including the administering the Change Acceptance Board (CAB) meetings. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of change tickets within the change control policies and procedures as documented. Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Severity 1 incidents Oversee the Problem Management Process and coordinate the resolution of business impacts across IT. Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Production Disaster Recovery Programs ensuring that the severity 1 procedures meet all Business Continuity Management Governance requirements. Create, edit and maintain applicable department policies and procedures documents.
